Reflections so far...

Overall this experience has really been quite inspiring and made me much more confident in volunteer work. The other participants are fun, kind and thought provoking. What I value most that I have learned is how to evaluate my own strengths and weaknesses as a leader, also how I can work to become a stronger leader…one more like Per. Per, oh Per! Per has been doing such a wonderful job as leader. He is strong without being too much of the Admiral and is very encouraging with his perfect smile. But what is most rewarding is seeing his sky blue eyes light up when the group grasps a new concept. I have been working harder each day just so I can be sure to catch his eye when he smiles at us. Today I sat across from him and I swear that he spent more than 5 minutes talking directly too me - smiling the whole time. After today’s lesson on reading body language I am pretty sure that he feels the same way about me as I feel about him. Tonight after the untalented talent show I am going to make my move. He seems to like dancing, so I better have my dancing shoes on! Overall this has been a great seminar. I mean how could anything involving Per be bad. Thank you MS for this wonderful experience!
