As the breakfast for some reason is set at 9:30, the facilitator team gets a full night of sleep. Something I never tried before doing things with MS. The team is almost in full numbers, so preparations can pick up pace. Most of the day is spent preparing seminars, discussing the contents, discussing how much time should spent on discussions, and then discussing. The extraordinary Danish April weather lets the team have lunch and a welcome break sittin' at the dock of the bay. Standard April weather in this part of the world is cold rain smashed in your face by an icy Northern wind.
After dinner (another organic meal) the team split up to work on individual tasks. But later it is time for more discussions....
