A Roller Skate Ride of Learning or Waste of Sunshiny Spring Time?

The Leadership Seminar has been packed with intense, exciting and funny workshops, but is it exactly the place you wanted to spend your whole easter?

Maybe you would have liked to collect of couple of books from the huge stack next to your desk and walk out in the sunshiny spring-time to re-charge the batteries. Or maybe you left your boy or girlfriend, that you never get to see, behind and home alone for four valuable days, that will never come back.

I have done both and I have laid down a couple of other great plans to be here, and I must admit this personally focused learning-by-doing on energized coke is challenging my academic perspective on learning, but that’s the point of being here.

This is exactly the place I want to spend my easter – playing and learning with all of you cool people.

The Seminar has opened new horizons and been an extremely valuable opportunity of reflecting personal experiences with leadership. Thanks, so far, to the planning team – I’m impressed by your huge dedication to deepening your own and the participants’ practical knowledge of leadership.

Thanks to all of you, Jan
